  • Solina Quinton, Researcher working with Associate Professor Brendan Jacobs – Solina has been an invaluable part of the school over the past few months – she has brought enthusiasm, youth and knowledge to our teams. We wish her well returning to Canada on 24 August 2024.

SoE Science Labs – we are moving

  • From T1 2025, our SoE Science labs are moving from Milton to Room 303, Building W55 (Natural Resources building)

New Course approved by ACECQA

  • First two years of the Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education and Care) course has been approved by ACECQA (thank you Rachael and Caroline). All units in the new course are already offered by various disciplines around the university. The course will begin in T3 2024 and already advertised 😊

  • PPDR – Please start thinking about your 2024 goals and begin meeting with your Head of Department. Ensure you discuss Teaching, Research and Service/Leadership outlining SMART Goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timebound).
