RESOLVED: ITD-Info: Problems with Exchange email

Update: This issue has now been resolved (5.30 pm, Thursday).

We are currently (Thursday, 29th October 2009, 4.30pm) experiencing problems with some of our server hardware.

The following services are affected:

  • Exchange email server (staff email, not student “Webmail”)

We are currently working on the issues and hope to have the problems resolved soon.

ITD-Info: Problems with some “portlets” in MyUNE

We are currently experiencing some problems with the portal and some of the “portlets” (eg in the MyStudy tab)

If you see cogwheels with a “Channel Timeout” error, please try to click on “refesh the channel” a couple of times - the problems is often resolved on the second or third attempt.

However, if the timeout persists, please access your units directly (bypassing the portal).

RESOLVED: Problems with “Payment Gateway” - online top-up of MFD credit

We are currently experiencing problems with the application that applies online credit to students’ MFD accounts (”Payment Gateway”) and this application will be unavailable until further notice.
To top up your MFD account, please use the cash loader in the Dixson Library Learning Commons.
