FMS wish to advise that there will be an interruption to the following services due to works being undertaken:
Location(s): Riggs Building (C023), Stokes Building (C024), Lewis Lecture Theatre (C028), Booth Block C027), Maths & Computing Science (C026), Rural Futures (C012), Water Policy/Sports Exercise (C021), Psychology Buildings (S005 – S008), Mary White College (S171 – S179), Zoology Building (S001), Botany Building (S002), Botany Green house & Mescosm (S040), 1st Year Bio Science Lab and Lecture Theatre (S003), McClymont Building including Rural Science Annexe (W034), Natural Resources Building (W021) and Earth Sciences Building (C002)
Issue: Power Outage
Reason: To effect repairs to street lights and crossing lights on Trevenna Road and Library Road. It is necessary to shut down the main electrical switchboard in Riggs Building. Thus power will be off as below. Ensure all vulnerable electrical equipment is turned off on Thursday night (eg computer, printers etc)

ITD will be performing maintenance on University IT systems and services next Saturday, 22 June 2013. The full-day maintenance will commence from 6am and will complete by 6pm however we will be performing a large volume of major work over the day and so disruption will be significant.
ALL services will be disrupted including Moodle – we will try to limit the disruption to Moodle to the morning but warn that we cannot guarantee availability until 6pm.
There will also be campus-wide network disruptions lasting up to several hours.
All servers and IT systems will be restarted causing breaks in service throughout the day.
The ‘Barney’ file server will be slow to unavailable for most of the day as it will be reorganised and allocated more space.
Staff Email will be taken offline while mailbox space is reorganised and optimised.
This event is one of ITD’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.
The schedule of maintenance windows for 2013 is on the ITD website (http://www.une.edu.au/it-services/policies/ ).
Service Desk support will be available throughout the weekend – please contact servicedesk@une.edu.au (or 02 6773 5000) if you are experiencing problems after the maintenance outage.
