We are currently experiencing issues with receiving emails from external sources.

TDS staff are investigating the cause of this. While emails from external sources are coming into our mail servers, there is a substantial backlog and it is taking some time to resolve. 

Scanning from the MFDs, and using externally-hosted services such as ServiceNow is included in this incident.
