Technology and Digital Services (TDS) are currently attending to a major incident. Hardware in our phone network infratructure has developed a fault, and as such, calls into and out from the University are intermittently experiencing issues, with some calls not connecting at all.

TDS staff are working on replacing the hardware and hope to have service restored this morning. We apologise for any inconvenience.

[UPDATE 11.56am] Inbound calls are resolved, but an issue with outbound calls has been identified. TDS staff continue to work on the issue.

[UPDATE 4.41pm] Telephony services have been restored.
