As part of Atrium’s support to you this trimester, Atrium’s myLearn inactive student notification functionality for your unit(s) is now active for you.
The purpose of this alert is to help you monitor basic engagement in your unit and make it simple for you to target contact towards those students who may be disengaged. Please note, no students are contacted through this notification, only academics.
Once a week, you will receive a single email listing the number of students who have not visited your unit’s myLearn site for more than 7 days (accurate as of 2am the day you receive the email). You can then view those specific students in Atrium by sorting the ‘Last myLearn Site Access’ column and then email them if you choose (template provided in Atrium).
You are in complete control of these notifications. The settings can be easily edited at any time (e.g. length of days inactive, email delivery rate to you) or turned off entirely. You can even have different notification rules for different units! How-to instructions are attached.
