What are the challenges of recognising and evidencing your leadership if you don’t (yet) have a formal leadership role?

Who: A/Prof Agnes Bosanquet (Macquarie University) is an academic developer and higher education researcher. Her current role is Director, Learning and Teaching Staff Development. She has over 20 years’ experience teaching in face-to-face, blended and online learning environments, and her collaborative research focusses on critical university studies and changing academic roles and identities.
