2024 Staff Wall Planner
The DigEd Staff Wall Planner is a handy visual reference for organisation and planning for the UNE academic year (Feb – Feb), including not only the primary Principal Dates and public holidays but a range of other key dates for learning, teaching and administration. The 2024 planner is now available – see below to find out how you can get your hands on one.
What’s included?
2024 Wall Planner
An A2 format planner that runs for the 2024 academic year. Key dates and periods are colour-coded, with additional dates in a sidebar to maximise space for writing and annotations on the planner itself.
2024 Additional Dates
A handy reference card for key committees and other relevant dates – keep it as a standalone reference, or use it as a guide to mark dates relevant to you on your planner.
Additional stationery
Limited quantities of stickers and highlighters from last year’s planner packs will be available at pickup locations only.
Digital format
If you prefer to work digitally or print your own copy, you can download the digital planner components as PDF files.
Print format collection
Print copies of the planner will be available from Fri 19th Jan and can be collected as follows. Any questions about planners or collection can be directed to Jessica Ayre.
Admin Services
Admin Services colleagues will be coordinating distribution to various areas, including Sydney and Tamworth campuses – if you would like a planner, contact the EA or AA in your area who will arrange group delivery.

There are two options available if you prefer to pick up a planner in person:

Working remotely?
DigEd are not able to arrange postage to staff working remotely from UNE campuses. However, individual areas may be able to arrange postage – contact the Admin Services colleague in your area to determine options. Alternatively, you can make use of the digital format planner.
Looking for student planners?
Student Experience produces annual A3 wall planners for students – keep an eye on the Student Experience blog for more information about availability. Student planners are produced in digital format only – staff teams who make use of these for planning purposes are encouraged to arrange a group print run through Fuji Xerox, or can access the staff wall planner above. Residential students, and students connected with Oorala Aboriginal Centre will receive a tailored hard copy of the wall planner, with dates and supporting info specific to their needs.
