The Trimester 1 exam event is only three weeks away now, with exams for some disciplines already underway.
Thank you to everyone who has ensured their exam was prepared and ‘student ready’ by the deadline of Wed 26th April
There are still a number of exams not yet in place, and we are keen to address this now to prevent unnecessary issues during the exam period.
We now work to a model where we will trust that your exam is ready by the advised deadlines.
Rather than adding to your workload (and ours) and chasing you for confirmation, we will proceed with our final configurations on the assumption the exam is ready and the instructions are correct.
We have entered our final phase of work to complete the exam configuration in multiple systems.
If you have not yet completed the final touches on your exam, or know that changes need to be made, please make direct and urgent contact with the Exams & eAssessment Team so we can ensure your exam is in order for your students and those changes are reflected on the day of your exam.
If you have requested assistance from the Learning Design Team and have not yet responded to their communications or have not yet had contact, please reach out immediately.
