On Thursday 15 June, Dr Lou Conway, Partnerships and Business Development Manager for the UNE Business School joined a group of presenters for the Armidale Regional Council (ARC) to pitch to the Telstra Board and Senior Executive about the opportunities of investing in smart technologies in the Armidale region.

The Telstra event was expertly organized by the CEO of ARC Mr. Peter Dennis and Group Leader of Organisational Services, Mr. Lindsay Woodland.

Lou gave a presentation on the UNE SMART Region Incubator which opened to start ups in Tamworth in Armidale in March this year.

It was an amazing opportunity to share with the Telstra Board and Senior Executive what makes Armidale a unique place for AgTech startups.
