We are offering the right candidate a diverse roll working across a range of clients to gain valuable hands on experience in both business and personal accounting, taxation and financial management.

Along with a competitive remuneration package, this role will gain essential experience in applying the theory of accounting into public practice and learning from the senior members of our team. The role is structured as a permanent part time role to allow you to balance time between your studies with flexibility on hours during exams.

To be considered for this role you should ideally be:

• Undertaking study in a relevant accounting degree
• Prepared to complete your degree on a part-time basis
• Intending to complete CPA or CA professional studies
• Able to use common spreadsheet and word processing software
• A team player with an enthusiastic attitude
• Eager to learn and accept challenging tasks
• Positioning yourself for a career in public practice
• Previous experience with accounting software would be a distinct advantage

You will work in a support role to our senior accountants who in turn will provide a mentor role guiding you through the technical aspects along with the soft skills required to operate in a modern professional practice environment.

Your University attendance timetable would preferably allow you to work a minimum of 2 days per week with flexible office hours.
