Professor Rene Villano visited the Central Bicol State University of Agriculture (CBSUA), Philippines from March 12-16, 2018. He was invited to deliver lectures in the CBSUA Centennial Lecture Series to commemorate the 100^th year foundation of the school.

Aside from delivering lectures in efficiency and productivity analysis in agriculture and methodologies in business and agricultural research, Rene is able to establish collaborative research engagement with staff of the College of Economics and Management of the host university. On a personal note, the visit was particularly significant for Rene as CBSUA is his alma mater where he completed his secondary educational training in vocational agriculture.
