Did you know you can take a Public Speaking unit at UNE as an elective?

THEA234 Speaking in Public helps you develop effective communication skills and strategies to present your ideas with greater clarity and confidence. Learn how to master speech writing techniques, adopt appropriate audio-visual technologies, and tailor your presentations to different audiences, from colleagues to clients, governing bodies to the wider public. You’ll have the opportunity to present in both recorded and live environments, and develop crucial leadership skills along the way. The unit can also be taken at 100-level as THEA134.

The unit can be taken online or on campus in Trimester 1, with no prerequisites required.
