UNE Business School invites you to take part in this fantastic opportunity to apply your studies in an international arena, be mentored by international experts and be in the running to win a trip overseas for some completely unique business experience.
The ASEAN Business Plan competition is supported by the Australian Government through the Australian-ASEAN Council (AAC) of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and involves institutions in three countries: Rangsit University in Thailand, University Technologi MARA in Malaysia and the University of New England in Australia. Each of these three universities will organise a national business plan competition and the winning teams from each country will pitch their ideas virtually to a panel of international judges.
The winning Australian team will be mentored to develop their idea into a business while the winning team in the international competition will receive, in addition to business mentoring, a visit to one of the ASEAN countries to explore an export market for their product.
Participation in the competition is free, and you don’t need to be doing a degree with UNE Business School – speak with your course coordinator to explore the possibilities available, and gain some international experience that will make your CV stand out to your future employers.
For more information about participating in the project, visit the web or contact Associate Professor Bernice Kotey at bkotey@une.edu.au or call 67732830.
