Project Update: Call for industry participation in research on the Australian Red Meat supply chain

The University of New England is conducting a survey about the use and value of information in the Australian Red Meat industry

The survey is an on-line questionnaire which takes about 20 minutes to complete.  We are seeking participation from:

  • Red meat producers and breeders
  • Red meat processors
  • Red meat wholesalers and distributors
  • Red meat retailers

Participation in the survey is anonymous and confidential.

This project has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of New England (Approval No HE17-242 Valid to 01 November 2018).
