Course Tracker Dashboard

We’re pleased to announce the integration of the Course Tracker into the Report Centre in the UNE Datahub, providing improved accessibility for all staff looking to track Course Reviews, Professionally Accredited courses and Third-Party Provider Arrangements.

The Course Tracker is a comprehensive management tool developed by the Education Quality Directorate (EQD) to serve as the source of truth for course-related quality assurance processes across the University.

Staff are encouraged to reference the Course Tracker when engaging in UNE processes across three critical areas:

  • Course Reviews– access schedules and track the status and progress of internal course review and re-approval processes,
  • Third-Party Provider Arrangements– maintain oversight of arrangements and related courses captured by the Third-Party Provider Arrangements Policy,
  • Professional Accreditation of Courses– monitor accreditation statuses, expiry dates, and compliance requirements for courses seeking or maintaining external professional approval.

For staff seeking detailed guidance, templates, and additional resources on quality assurance processes, please visit the Education Quality SharePoint site where you can also find information on Unit Reviews – including the Unit Review Schedule – which is not captured in the Course Tracker.

If you have a question related to the Course Tracker, information contained therein, or related quality assurance processes, please contact EQD at: quality@une.edu.au
