We want to give a big thank you to all the academics for your engagement with Atrium in the lead up to and in the first few weeks of T1.

We believe this proactive outreach by academics reflects UNE values: a deep commitment to student success and a passion for providing ongoing support throughout a student’s academic journey.

In expanding this support, we’re pleased to announce the referral system in Atrium is now live.

We’ve designed it so referrals process to be fast and simple, where you can easily connect students to a broad range of UNE support services.

We know academics are often the first, and sometimes the only person to know when a student is in need, so are well-placed to help make this connection.  You can learn more about UNE support services in the Atrium knowledge base and also download the Atrium User Guide.

The referral system has been a massive undertaking in a very short time frame. We’ve witnessed wonderful collaboration across many groups of people in the university, including over twenty UNE Support Services, Student Experience, CASI, and the Atrium team.

This is a new system and will continue to be revised and improved. Please share your feedback at atrium@une.edu.au.
