UNE PhD student Molly Northcott studying at home.

Each of us takes different paths to learning.

UNE is doubling down on its commitment to recognise and work with its students’ individual learning journeys.

Life experience, knowledge and skills will be acknowledged and used to shape how students access and undertake their UNE education.

Once a student begins their studies with us, they are embraced as a permanent member of our student community.

We are undertaking to support them through a lifetime of learning, even when a former student is not actively studying with us.

This personal approach will extend to communities and other partnerships. UNE will adapt how and what it teaches to recognise the specifics of place and circumstance.

A UNE education is about to become more accessible, more personal, more transformative, than ever before.
