Ms Abigail Bradshaw, head of the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), recently sat down with journalist Natarsha Belling to discuss the common cyber threats affecting Australians today.

In the ACSC’s latest Annual Cyber Threat Report, over 67,500 cybercrimes were reported in the 2020-21 financial year. This is an average of one cybercrime reported every eight minutes. More than 75% of cybercrimes reported lead to loss of finances or personal information through online scams and fraud.
