UNE Business School Professor Garry Griffith has been awarded a research grant under the Australia-Germany Joint Research Co-operation Scheme for 2019-2020.
The project, titled “Using Club Theory to Better Design Whole-of-Chain Solutions to Food Loss and Food Waste in the Fresh Produce Sector” continues a successful collaboration with the University of of Bonn, Germany and is primarily focused on the policy and institutional arrangements for transmission of market signals in the meat sector. This new grant relates to a developing body of work at the UNE Centre for Agribusiness on Food Waste.
