The Armidale School (Junior) recently held their Activities Day with the focus on Internationalism. International students from UNE were invited to attend and talk about their country’s cultures to the students of the Junior School. Five UNE international students  – Fiona and Stefanie from China, Yati from India, Sam from the Philippines and Chris from Zambia – took the opportunity to talk more about their own cultures including clothes, food, religion, and cultural activities. Feedback was positive with school students commenting on how great the “culture shock” morning was and how  life in other countries differ from Australian ways.
