Intensive schools on hold and Armidale Campus is CLOSED TEMPORARILY due to storm damage
The UNE Armidale Academic Campus experienced significant storm damage on 14 October, 2021.
As a result, all intensive schools scheduled at the Armidale Campus for the weeks commencing 18 and 25 October will be cancelled and, if possible, rescheduled.
Alternative arrangements will be made for any mandatory intensives that cannot be rescheduled.
We will provide an update on Monday 25 October regarding intensive schools scheduled from 1 November.
Please be aware that there may be some delays in confirmation of assessment marks and the return of assignment feedback due to this storm event, which has left many staff without power or access to the Armidale campus. Unit Coordinators will inform students of any significant delays as per the University assessment guidelines.
Please note the Armidale Campus is closed to all staff, students, and the public until and Including Thursday 21, October while the building damage is being assessed.
Please direct questions and concerns to AskUNE.

Trimester 3 and the NSW Roadmap out of COVID-19
All courses and units for Trimester 3 2021, will be commencing with an online delivery mode, unless you are specifically advised otherwise by your Unit Coordinator.
For UNE as a regional University, the NSW Roadmap out of COVID-19 restrictions still leaves enormous uncertainty around limitations to travel, movement, and our region’s community safety over the remainder of the year.
Our students outside of NSW continue to be impacted by state border closures and potential restrictions to movement over the coming months.
If you are already enrolled in your unit/s, please refer to the relevant Moodle sites for more details about your specific unit/s mode of delivery once they open on Monday 18 October.
For more information, please refer to the UNE Course Handbook.
