RUOK Day encourages all of us to notice the signs of mental health struggle in friends, family, and colleagues. If you are concerned about someone you know, ask them one of the easiest questions… “Are you ok”?

There are lots of resources on the RUOK Website which will help to start a conversation that may save a life. Check it out here: https://www.ruok.org.au/how-to-ask
Remember, UNE has many support Services available for students to use including the counselling service, and after-hours crisis support including:
Counselling support Services – (02) 6773 2897
After hours crisis support – 1300 661 927
We’ve had an overwhelming response to our RUOK competition with over 300 entries! Winners will be announced this afternoon after 3pm. From structure and routine, to crazy theme nights, pomodoro timers to DIY cooking shows the top tips we’ve received have been creative, practical and very funny. Make sure to head over to the Top Tip Padlet to check out all the entries.
