Census Date is today and that’s the deadline to withdraw from a unit without paying for it (you have until 11:59pm tonight).
If you have made the decision to withdraw from a unit, you can follow the steps below:
If you enrolled before the 22/06/20:
1. Log into myUNE
2. Go into the myEnrol tab
3. Click the Enrolment and Enrolment Variation link on the left
4. Click Review and Update Enrolment
5. Go to Declaration Step – read student declaration, click Agree & Continue (to record your declaration)
6. Go to Student Course Attempt Maintenance, Check details, click Save & Continue
7. On the far right hand side of the page, under Enrolment Steps, click 4. Units
8. Select the three dots beside your unit information and from the drop down menu click discontinue
9. You will then be asked to provide a reason for your withdrawal. Choose one of the options from the drop-down menu.
10. A box is provided for you to add more details if necessary.
11. Click OK
12. Press Proceed to Checkout
13. Click Save and Continue to confirm your changes.
If you enrolled after the 22/06/20:
1. Log into myUNE
2. Go into the myEnrol tab

6. Select the three dots beside your unit information and from the drop down menu click discontinue

9. Click OK
10. Press Proceed to Checkout
11. Click Save and Continue to confirm your changes.

Following the Census Date, you have until Monday 14th December to withdraw from a Trimester 3 unit without academic penalty (fail grade), however, you would still incur the fee for the unit if withdrawing after 11:59pm tonight.
