Following the call for nominations for student members of UNE Council, which closed on 17 June 2020, an election is required.
Voting in the 2020 Council Elections will take place electronically via secret ballot, commencing from 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 24 June 2020 and closing at 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday, 15 July 2020. Eligible staff and students of the University will receive an invitation to vote to their UNE email addresses.
The student who are eligible to vote in the election (i.e. enrolled in the current teaching/research period, proceeding to an undergraduate or postgraduate award, are not eligible to nominate as an academic or non-academic professional staff representative and were included on the Student Electoral Roll as at 22 May 2020) will receive an invitation to vote email from UNE’s election provider “BigPulse”.
