IT Support Team Update: Assistance and Hours for technical support

Dear Students,

As UNE has commenced a reduced attendance model in response to COVID-19, the IT Service desk team would like to assure you that we will be continuing to operate to assist with technical issues should they arise as an essential service. We are able to support with most issues surrounding either University devices or personal devices in relation to study tasks.

IT Service Desk will continue to operate on our standard Student Support hours during this time, we will be fully contactable by phone, email or self-service:

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 8:00pm
