IT Maintenance Outage: Saturday 14 December and Sunday 15 December 2019, 6am to 6pm; Please bookmark direct links and download important materials
Scheduled IT Maintenance
The next IT maintenance is scheduled for this Saturday 14 December and Sunday 15 December 2019 between 6am and 6pm. As a result, some services will experience periods of disruption.
Staff and on-campus students should expect intermittent outages as systems are restarted following maintenance updates. Network connections (including the wireless network) as well as internet access will be unavailable in different locations across campus during the day.
For off-campus students: Moodle and student email should NOT be affected.
- No work is planned on Moodle. However, we recommend that you download any materials (such as readings and lecture recording) you require over the weekend to your local system to make sure you have access in case of any on-campus network outages or disruptions that affect connections to local systems. If access via MyUNE is not available, please access your units directly in Moodle (http://moodle.une.edu.au)
- Student Email (Office365 emails @myune.edu.au) should be available throughout the day.
This event is one of ITD’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.
The schedule of maintenance windows for 2019 can be found on the ITD website – https://www.une.edu.au/staff-current/staff-services/it-services/it-maintenance-dates
