During the Frank Archibald Memorial Lecture last Tuesday the Hon Ken Wyatt, Minister for Indigenous Australians, asked “How can we use educational success to redefine Indigenous success?”
The Minister believes we have a “need to reshape the way we approach Indigenous policy making and this is particularly true when it comes to education.”
“For too long we have been treating the symptom rather than addressing the cause,” he says.
