Having trouble with Moodle or MyUNE login? Here is how to fix it!
We understand that many students have had issues logging into MyUNE and Moodle over the weekend, and with today being Census Date (11:59pm tonight) we know that this is a stressful time to encounter issues.
If you need to withdraw from a unit or pay an invoice and are having troubles logging in, please make sure to give us a ring on 02 6773 2000, send us an email or use Live Chat to speak with a Student Advisor so that we can best assist you! We’ll be here till 6pm tonight.
Getting back online:
We realise that some of you are having trouble logging into either MyUNE or Moodle. If you are receiving an error message when attempting to log in, try these steps;
- Please try opening a fresh browser window. Make sure all other windows are closed.
- Clear your browser cache (see how to for your browser in the links below)
- Try logging in again
- If this fails again, please restart your machine and try again.

It’s also a good idea to delete your old bookmarks or shortcuts and save this new one to prevent any further issue.
