Overnight Moodle and MyUNE Update: 10:30pm Wednesday, 20 November to 3am Thursday, 21 November; You may be asked to login twice
IT will be making some changes to the login systems of Moodle and MyUNE tonight, Wednesday 20 November after 10:30pm. This is only scheduled until 3am the following morning, Tuesday 21 November.
If you are logging into either MyUNE or Moodle between these times you may notice a short delay (only a few seconds) with your log in or you may be asked to enter your UNE login details twice.
Please contact IT support if you experience any problems logging into the system on Thursday morning, You can do this by;
- Lodging a request through the IT Service Portal
- Calling 1800 763 040 between 8:30am-8pm weekdays or 9am-5pm weekends.
We also recommend that you close your browser session after you have finished working in Moodle, especially on shared/public computers.
