We have been advised that ITD are currently tracking four major incidents that started late last night. At this stage it seems that the incidents are affecting a number of services, particularly at logon. IT staff have been working overnight to return services to normal.

Moodle access is available via https://moodle.une.edu.au.

If you have any further questions please contact the IT Service Desk by email servicedesk@une.edu.au or phone (02) 6773 5000.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We will provide additional information here when we can, and greatly appreciate you bearing with us through this.

At this stage, our Student Success phone and chat service (02 6773 2000), Student Support Team (02 6773 4430), Counselling Service and Access & Inclusion Team (02 6773 2897) and International Services Team (02 6773 3192) are all experiencing intermittent service, so the best way to contact support at the university is through AskUNE (askune@une.edu.au).

Our teams are working hard and will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

Tuesday 21st May 4:30pm

ITD are able to report that while there are still some residual problems, systems appear to be stabilising. IT staff have been working overnight and throughout the day to return services to normal and will continue to monitor the situation overnight.

MyUNE is now back up so you will no longer have to connect directly to Moodle.

ITD will continue to provide updates as and when they can.

On behalf of ITD, thank you for your patience today and your continued support.

Again, if you have any further questions please contact the IT Service Desk by email servicedesk@une.edu.au or phone (02) 6773 5000.
