An issue that occurred in February 2024 has been identified that affected a subset of students commencing studies in Trimester 1 2024. This caused the student accounts to provision without an email mailbox.

Technology and Digital Services (TDS) staff have rectified the issue, and all student accounts that were found to be missing an email account have had a mailbox created. 

Students are able to access their UNE emails through Microsoft 365. Important student communications are sent to your UNE email address, including unit news and annoucements, and it is recommended that students check their student mailbox at least once per week. All communication with your unit coordinators should be conducted through your UNE email account.
