UNE is currently experiencing an issue with one of our telephony systems, which is causing distruptions to several service teams around the University.
Affected teams include Student Connect, Future Students Team, IT Support, OPL, CAPS, as well as People and Culture. If you are phoning the University, you may experience delays.
Technology and Digital Services (TDS) staff are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible. For student matters, please raise a ticket through AskUNE, and for IT issues, please raise a ticket through the IT Service Portal.
