We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled IT maintenance for Technology and Digital Services (TDS). This maintenance is essential to ensure the continued reliability and security of our TDS environment. During this maintenance window, some systems will be temporarily unavailable.

Maintenance Details

Date: Saturday 12 April 2025

Time: 6:00am – 6:00pm

Purpose of Maintenance 

Software Updates: We will be applying necessary software updates to improve system performance and security. 

Database Optimisation: Database maintenance will be performed to ensure data integrity and system responsiveness. 

Security Enhancements: We will implement security patches to protect against potential vulnerabilities. 

What do you need to do? 

No work is planned on MyLearn. However, we recommend that you download any materials (such as readings and lecture recordings) you require over the weekend. If access via MyUNE is not available, please access your units directly in MyLearn. Student Email (Office365 emails @myune.edu.au) should be available throughout the day, though there could be interruption to login. TDS make every effort to complete maintenance as quickly and efficiently as possible.
