An issue affecting some of UNE’s Skype for Business Response Groups this morning has been identified and rectified at 11am.

Response groups that were affected by this issue were not delivering calls to staff members, and depending on how the response group was configured, either disconnecting the call or transferring the call directly to voicemail. 

The issue has now been resolved, and all response groups should now be behaving as expected.
