UPDATE 1.32pm – This issue has been resolved – please contact IT Support if you continue to have any issues.

TDS have received reports of students being unable to access the wired network on-campus. This is mostly affecting student lab machines, common area devices such as in the Dixson Library, and residents of the colleges using an ethernet cable for the network.

This issue is not affecting student devices that are connected to eduroam – if you are able to use eduroam while the issue persists, this is a viable workaround. Please ensure that you use your full UNE email (username@myune.edu.au) and your UNE password to connect. Further instructions on connecting to eduroam can be found here:

Connecting to eduroam wireless network (MacOS 10.14+)

Connecting to eduroam (Windows 10 and 11)

Connect to eduroam wireless network (Android)

Connect to eduroam (wireless) iPhone

If you are experiencing issues, please report your issues to IT Support either through the IT Service Portal or calling 1800 763 040.
