TDS next maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday 11 March 2023.

As a result, some IT (Information Technology) services will experience periods of disruption.

Staff and students working or studying physically on campus should expect intermittent outages as systems are restarted following maintenance updates. Network connections (including the wireless network) and internet access will be unavailable across campus during the day. Work is also planned for telephony services, and outages throughout the day should be expected.

If you are unable to contact IT Support, Student Connect, or any other phone services throughout the day, consider using the IT Service Portal or AskUNE to lodge a ticket, and follow up in the afternoon.

For off-campus students: Moodle and student email should NOT be impacted.

  •  No work is planned on Moodle. However, we recommend that you download any materials (such as readings and lecture recording) you require over the weekend to your local system to make sure you have access in case of any on-campus network outages or disruptions that affect connections to local systems. If access via MyUNE is not available, please access your units directly in Moodle
  •  Student Email (Office365 emails @myune.edu.au) should be available throughout the day.

This event is one of TDS’ scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.

The schedule of maintenance windows for 2023 can be found on the TDS website.

IT Support will be available during the weekend from 9am to 5pm. Please contact 1800 763 040 or the ServiceNow portal if you have problems after the maintenance outage, or for any questions or concerns.
