Become or nominate your colleague to be a Research Integrity Advisor (RIA) at UNE

The Research Integrity Office (RIO) is seeking Expressions of Interest from staff to serve as Research Integrity Advisors (RIAs).

About the Role

RIAs are trained UNE staff who:

• Promote a culture of responsible research conduct
• Provide impartial advice on research practices and responsibilities

Confidentially guide colleagues with concerns about research integrity

Essential Qualities:

• Research experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Empathy and impartiality
• Knowledge of UNE’s Code of Conduct for Research Rule

Commitment:

• Two-year minimum term
• Recognised in PPDR and 20% Academic Workload Allocation

Training and ongoing support provided
