The Education Quality Directorate is pleased to announce an updated one-stop-shop intranet site, and a new GenAI-powered TPP Assistant. These tools are designed to empower you to establish, manage, and renew partnerships effectively.

Why This Matters

We encourage you to bookmark this site as the single source of truth for all TPP arrangements matters.

 Introducing the UNE TPP Assistant

To complement the intranet site, we have also launched the UNE TPP Assistant. This GenAI-powered tool has been trained on our policies, guidance, and lessons learned from previous arrangements.

You can use it to:

  • Ask questions about the TPPA process. For example:
    • What are the first steps to propose a new TPP?
    • What needs to be in the JMC annual report?
  • Quickly clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Get guidance on potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Find the specific template or document you need.

The assistant is available 24/7 to provide immediate support.

While the UNE TPP Assistant serves as a good first point of reference for general inquiries and standard processes, it an informational and guidance assistant only. It is not a decision maker. Users must consult with the Education Quality Directorate for specialised advice regarding complex scenarios, novel arrangements, or high-risk situations. Should you note any issues with the performance of the assistant please contact quality@une.edu.au.
