UNE has approved its Self-Assurance Maturity Plan, a key initiative that will strengthen how we monitor quality, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across the University.

Over the next three to four years, the Plan will guide UNE’s progression towards an optimised, integrated quality assurance environment.

This work will help us:

• Embed quality assurance and risk management into our everyday activities
• Strengthen governance oversight and reporting
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Meet evolving national regulatory expectations

All UNE staff play an important role in contributing to this work.
