As we shape the UNE’s new strategic plan, a key focus is creating a values-driven, vision-aligned organisation. Thank you to all staff that participated in Step 1 and completed the Values and Behaviours survey earlier this month. Now for Step 2, validating and refining the survey results via focus group conversations.

You will have received a calendar invite from your Head of School / Director of the last week, offering you the opportunity to share your perspectives in a focus group. To participate accept this invitation and join your colleagues to help co-create vision-aligned organisational values.
