Now is the time to complete the 2025 Staff Engagement Pulse. The Pulse survey closes on Thursday 5 June 2025.

• All staff are invited to participate in the survey.
• This survey is conducted by Xref Engage and is completely anonymous and voluntary. Xref Engage will report results to UNE at an aggregated level after all identifiable information has been removed. UNE staff or Executive will not view or store individual responses at any point.
• The Pulse survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and managers are asked to allow employees adequate time to complete the Pulse during ordinary working hours.
• New staff or staff who did not participate in the 2024 Staff Engagement Survey are also encouraged to participate in this Pulse. 
• Once submitted, the responses cannot be withdrawn.
• Results will be shared with all staff.
