This week saw the start of a series of 30+ focus groups across the university to discuss and capture feedback on UNE’s Draft Values and Behaviours. Have you accepted your invitation to join your colleagues?

These sessions will be facilitated by UNE staff who have been trained by Acumen Global Partners and who are members of the UNE Convenor network.

Join this co-creative process to define values that are in service of UNE’s workplace culture and aspirational objectives. Values to both inspire us and inform the way we act and make decisions .

 Your contributions will be deidentified, themed and grouped with feedback from other sessions across the institution and provided to the Executive and Council as they finalise UNE’s vision-aligned organisational values.
