UNE is developing a shared set of values to guide how we work, lead and make decisions. Step 1 was the Values and Behaviours survey, thank you for sharing your perspectives. Now we are moving onto step 2 – focus groups.

Over the next week you will receive an invitation to participate in a 90-minute focus group conversation to explore the survey findings more deeply. These conversations, combined with survey insights, will guide the Executive and Council as they define UNE’s vision-aligned organisational values.

These groups will be facilitated by UNE staff who are members of the UNE Convenor network and have been trained by Acumen Global Partners.

Your contributions will be deidentified, themed and grouped with feedback from other sessions across the institution.
