You are invited to help shape UNE’s collective values. Here is how you  can get involved: 

Step 1 – Complete a short survey.

The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. It consists of questions relating to:

1. What is important to you about UNE’s future;
2. Values that will best guide the vision and culture of this organisation and;
3. Corresponding behaviours that would demonstrate living our values.

Options for selecting values are provided in a list to make the process simple and reflective, while also allowing space for you to share your own ideas.

Survey Completion

In order to have your input included you will be required to complete the survey by close of business on Monday 12 May 2025.  Please ensure you take the time to complete the survey as your input is important to us as this will form part of the UNE’s Vision aligned organisational values

Confidentiality and Data Security

• All responses are strictly confidential. No identifiable data is collected.
• Neither UNE nor Acumen Global Partners will access individual survey responses.

Step 2 – Participate in a focus group

You will receive a separate invitation to participate in a 90-minute focus group conversation in early June. Focus groups will be hosted by UNE’s Convenor Network to explore the survey findings more deeply. These conversations, combined with survey insights, will guide the Executive and Council as they define UNE’s vision-aligned organisational values.

A summary of the survey results will be shared with all staff.
