Last week Professor Chris Moran, VC and CEO of UNE, wrote to all staff with an update on the work of Acumen Global Partners. Acumen are currently connecting with people to explore enabling behaviours to build momentum in the culture change space.

Over 110 UNE staff have spent the last month collaborating with Acumen, to shape how the ‘Enabling behaviours’ conversation guide might be used in our University. In these consultations people have shared that they value being able to provide input.

The final version of the guide, to complement the UNE Code of Conduct, will be ready by the end of the year.

So what is next?

Acumen is moving from small group consultations to small-group conversations. They will be held online during the first and third weeks of November 2024. These conversations will road test the conversation guide.

If you would like to participate, click the links for the sign up to the dates you are available to attend, noting they are in two sessions Part A and Part B

If you would like to extend yourself a little further, you might also consider becoming a co-host of these sessions, partnering with Acumen. Seven people have already put their hand up since last week. This is a great development opportunity.

As a co-host, you would be helping to facilitate activities to test out the enabling behaviours guide. If you have any questions, please email principallead@une.edu.au or if your happy to engage, use the following link to indicate your interest and availability.
