Nominations for roles on UNE Council is now open. The nominees to be elected to Council from the UNE community include:

• an Academic Staff member, for a term of 2 years;  
• a Non-Academic Staff (Professional) member, for a term of 2 years; and
• a Student member (may be undergraduate or postgraduate), for a term of 2 years.

Answers to frequently asked questions regarding the election can also be found on the General Election Information page.

Persons eligible to nominate will receive an email from “UNE Council Elections” via UNE’s online election provider, BigPulse. This email should be received today or tomorrow. Nominations for election close 5:00 pm AEST, Tuesday 21 May 2024.
