The Lake Macquarie City Council’s 2023-2024 Environmental Research Grants program is open for applications until 15 February.

The grants offer up to $8000 for research projects that will have a direct benefit on the Lake Macquarie environment. (Please note that researchers from anywhere may apply, but their project must benefit the environment in the Lake Macquarie area.)

There are some particular focus areas this year so please see the pdf document below for more detail on research priorities.
