With the year coming to a close, Marty and I want to thank everyone for their support, using Atrium, and especially for your feedback.
Our plans for Atrium in 2024 are well under way and include two new features that will make the outreach to students easier and more comprehensive.
The integration of the Special Assessment Uplift into the unit Dashboard, gives unit coordinators a list of students in their units who have applied for Special Assessment. This will allow Unit Coordinators to provide additional support for students who have identified they are having difficulty.
Also, in conjunction with Richard Dobek and Student Services, we are simplifying the Referral process for Academics. This will allow academics to link students to UNE Support Services. Our beta version will be ready for testing at the beginning of January 2024.
We have mapped all UNE services available for students and designed a decision tree for academics, expanding the Atrium user guide and consolidating knowledge-based articles to answer your FAQs.
We are developing self-paced learning modules to guide Academics through the referral process, using case studies, created around a trimester.
We will also be running a series of roadshows throughout 2024 highlighting the release of all new Atrium features and the future of Atrium. Look out for an Atrium Roadshow coming to you soon.
Once again thanks to everyone who has been involved in progressing and using Atrium.
Regards

Atrium continues to be a ‘game-changer’ for academics. Being able to see a student’s holisitc academic journey provides context that just was not easily accessible before for staff ‘at the coal face’ of student learning & teaching – and this can now mean easy, targeted communications and support at an individual level.
A brilliantly easy-to-use staff resource.
The Atrium team deserve a national award!
Hi Nola, Thanks you for your comment and support. Regards Ben
