All staff will be given the opportunity on 9th and 12th May 2023 to get their FREE flu vaccination. 

Please see further detail below and come prepared by printing and completing the Flu Clinic Patient Form. If you are unable to complete the form before attending, that’s ok there will be forms available to complete on the day. 

Dates: 9 May and 12 May 2023 

Times: 10:00am to 3:00pm on both days 

Where: Lazenby Hall (Building C016) 

What to Bring: Your Medicare card and flu clinic patient form. 

Please note important information: 

• For staff who work at Parramatta, Taree, Tamworth or Moree campuses, you will be eligible for other arrangements and will be advised at a later date. 
• No bookings or registrations required, this will be a walk-in clinic
• If you’re on leave during this time, you are still able to attend and receive your flu vaccination. 

• Staff over the age of 65 will need to attend their GP to receive the flu vaccine that is specifically designed to produce a higher immune response (Fluad Quad). 
• Be mindful of what you wear on the day. Please wear shirts or tops that can be easily slid up at the top of the arm. 
• Please DO NOT ATTEND if you are experiencing any flu or COVID like symptoms.
