The UNE Library is hosting an information session about the University’s new Read & Publish Agreements which will provide an opportunity for Q&A from attendees.

Overview

• What are Read and Publish Agreements, and what makes this publishing model different to the traditional, subscription publishing model
• How to identify if your chosen journal is included in the agreements
• Understand the eligibility criteria
• What your options are if you cannot publish under any of the agreements

Where: Online – Zoom (Link to be emailed to registered attendees the morning of the event)

Duration: 1 hour (includes presentation and Q&A)

Registered attendees will be sent an email with the Zoom meeting link the morning of the session.

If you are not available to attend please still register your attendance, and indicate on the registration form that you require a copy of the recorded session to be emailed to you.

Who should attend? 

UNE authors who publish, or intend to publish in journals with Wiley, Springer Nature, Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press and CSIRO. Not all journals offered by the publishers are included in the agreements, and we will explain how to identify if your chosen journal is covered under the agreement.
