Records Policy and Governance is continuing work on reforming our policies.

Since our last update, a first draft of our Governance Integrity and Standards group has been completed and initial consultation with key stakeholders is underway. More details will be provided in upcoming Pulse articles so keep an eye out for opportunities to provide feedback.

This group has been drafted in our new principles and guidelines format and our hope is that this format will:

• outline core principles and values which guide good practice in all our work;
• explain key work processes and roles and responsibilities to better align our practice with policy and to make clear what you and others need to do in your work; and
• describe key standards, the assistance available to meet those standards, and how performance against the standards will be measured and enforced.
